Our production capacity is at 65,000 tons per year, with more than 40 varieties. We have been able to provide various specifications of granulated or crushed series of PVA products in the range of the polymerization degree at 300-3000 and the alcoholysis degree at 80-100(mol/mol)%, viscosity at 3.0-90mPa.s,and are able capable of developing and manufacturing multiple usage of and special-purpose types of PVA products with different polymerization degrees and alcoholysis degrees as requested by customers.

Appearance: white or light yellow sheet, granular or crushed.
Products properties: high viscosity and strong adhesion; easy to film forming, good water-resistance; hard to rewet and re-adhere; high degree of crystallinity and purity, it is the best adhesive making.
Usage: It is manly used for the feedstock of vinylon fibre, PVB, textile size, paper sizing glue, pigment carrier, paper glue, adhesive of Construction coating, building material glue, film, stabilizing agent for polyvinyl acetate emulsion, PVA rubber.

Solution Method: directly insufflate 1-1.5kg/cm2 steam to heat. Avoid to heat by open fire directly, as the bottom of container will burn because of the poor mixing.

Way of Defoaming: in case of any foam, close the steam and temporarily cease the agitation, after the foams disappear by themselves, then rise the temperature gradually and start the agitation. The foams can be reduced significantly after repeating like this for two or three times. Apply antifoamer if necessary, (e.g. n-octyl alcoho TBP, polyethers), with the dosage generally at 0.01-0.05%.

Appearance: white or light yellow sheet, granular of crushed solid.
Products properties: it is easily to dissolve, with strong frost resistance, good liquidity and stable viscosity, good hygroscopic and strong re-adhesion, and it contains many hydrophobic groups to bind with other hydrophobic materials.

Usage: It is manly used for the textile sizing, paper glue, paper sizing glue, pigment carrier, adhesive of Construction coating, additive and adhesive of construction material, coating agent of seed and medicine, adhesive of inorganic and electronic products, water-soluble film, makeup additive, stabilizing agent for polyvinyl acetate emulsion and suspension polymerization of vinyl chloride.
Heating method: directly insufflate 1-1.5kg/cm2 steam to heat. Avoid to heat by open fire directly, as the bottom of container will burn because of the poor mixing.

Way of Defoaming: in case of any foam, close the steam and temporarily cease the agitation, after the foams disappear by themselves then rise the temperature gradually and start the agitation. The foams can be reduced significantly after repeating like this for two or three times. Apply antifoamer if necessary, (e.g. n-octyl alcoho TBP, polyethers), with the dosage generally at 0.01-0.05%.

Products properties:
It is easily to dissolve, and with high concentration and low viscosity. Its viscosity is equivalent to the mixed viscosity of 30%PVA0588 and 70% PVA1799. Its skin membrane is soft, which can be helpful for secondary leasing, and hard to damage the yarn and regenerate hairiness. With good permeability and easy sizing, it can improve the wearability of yarn. It is not easy to crust in winter because of the less crustification. The properties of low hygroscopic and re-viscosity can improve the antistatic when weave in the humidity environment, and uneasy to pilling in weaving thus increasing the efficiency. It is easy to desizing.
Usage: it is apply to high concentration and low viscosity under high-pressure sizing process, also to thin and close fabric sizing and polyester-cotton (more polyester contents) sizing.
Remarks: we can produce the PVB special materials as customers required.
PVA packing, storage, transportation
There are two main ways of packing: small bags and big bags. The small is packed in plastic woven bag (with inner liners of plastic film) or paper-plastic bag,the inner is roped with rope, and the outer is sewed with strings , 25kg net weight each bag if plastic woven package; or is seamed and hot sealed by automatic packaging machine, 20kg or 15kg net weight each bag if paper-plastic package. The big is packed in woven bags and taped with plastic rope, 500-1000kgs net weight. And the package can be done according the requests of clients.
The packing shall be printed on clear and firm trademarks, indicating products name, type, grade, lot number, net weight, date of production and the manufacturer name and address, each lot of the products should be attached with the Certificate of Quality (COQ), indicating grade, batch No. and inspection No..
The storage place should be dry, good ventilating, with indoor temperature 5-30. The products should not be putted near the radiator or any other heat sources and should be strictly prohibited to put together with volatile chemical materials to prevent from deterioration. The products should also be prevented from sunshine and wet.
PVA products should be transported in clean vehicles with shelters to prevent from damp, rain and sunshine. Handle with cares in case of and scratches of damages.
Regulations of acceptance
Each batch of PVA will be inspected by our inspection department to ensure the products with corresponding quality standard or contract standard.
Each lot of the products should be attached with the Certificate of Quality (COQ), which contains: products name, batch No, date of production, standard No. and the manufacturers name and address.
The users have the right to test and /or check PVA products according to the standard stipulations of the products or contract standard before acceptance. If there are objection for the products quality, the users should notify us within one month after received the goods. The case will be negotiated by two parties or arbitrated by arbitration institute. If the products have been used more than one third, it will not be applied for retesting.
The inspection method of acceptance should be corresponding to the products standard.
Remarks
Since it is regulated by the state that product quality standards of enterprise shall be revised every three year, or some indexes may be changed in accordance with market requirements, therefore customers should seek for up-to dated quality standards from the sales department at any time.
